Eleutherococcus senticosus is an herb and an adaptogen compound that has been used traditionally to combat fatigue. Side Effects
Eleutherococcus senticosus is possibly safe to use however, some reported side effects include drowsiness, sadness, anxiety, muscle spasms, and changes in heart rhythm. When taken at higher dosages, it may increase blood pressure.
